We are fully consulting with local residents and businesses and hope that people will appreciate how much focus is being put into creating a much-needed facility with a sense of place at its heart. The council has carried out extensive pre-planning consultation with stakeholders across a range of media designed to address the restrictions posed by the COVID-19 pandemic on public engagement, to enable maximum reach.
